Gold Hits Record High at Rs. 185,000 per Tola, Silver Rises to Rs. 1,905 in Nepal

The price of gold in Nepal has reached a new all-time high, continuing its upward trend. According to the Federation of Nepal Gold and Silver Dealers’ Association, fine gold surged by Rs. 3,900 in a single day on Wednesday, reaching Rs. 185,000 per tola—surpassing the previous record of Rs. 181,100 per tola set on April 3, 2025. Tejabi gold also rose significantly, now priced at Rs. 180,400 per tola. Silver prices increased as well, climbing by Rs. 5 to reach Rs. 1,905 per tola.
