Gold Hits Record High at Rs. 181,100 per Tola; Silver Prices Surge in Nepal

The price of gold in Nepal has reached a historic high, continuing its upward trend. As per the Federation of Nepal Gold and Silver Dealers’ Association, the rate of fine gold soared by Rs. 5,700 on Wednesday, hitting an all-time high of Rs. 181,100 per tola, surpassing the previous record of Rs. 180,300 set on April 3, 2025.
Tejabi gold also saw a sharp rise, climbing from Rs. 174,700 to Rs. 180,400 per tola. The notable increase highlights strong market momentum in the precious metals sector, though silver rates were not specified in this report.
