The Nepal Stock Exchange (NEPSE) Index witnessed a marginal decline of 5.57 points (0.20%) on Thursday, closing at 2,670.70. Despite the drop, trading activity remained robust across the market.
The total daily turnover reached Rs. 5.63 Arab, reflecting healthy investor participation. A total of 49,632 transactions were recorded, involving the trade of 11,384,725 shares from 321 listed companies.
In Thursday’s trading session on the Nepal Stock Exchange (NEPSE), NMIC and CREST emerged as top gainers, both registering a sharp rise of 9.98%, reflecting strong investor interest and positive sentiment.
Conversely, BNL experienced the steepest decline among actively traded stocks, falling by 4.37%, likely due to profit-taking or short-term corrections.
RADHI stood out as the top turnover company of the day, attracting the highest trading volume and value, indicating significant market activity and investor focus on the stock.
